Data we collect

When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, optional consultation choice, and message content. If you book a session, we may also hold holdings exports and notes you voluntarily send for preparation.

Purpose

We use this information to reply to inquiries, schedule consultations, prepare worksheets, and keep session records needed for accounting and follow-up.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Session worksheets and client notes are retained for up to 5 years for continuity if you return, then deleted or anonymized on request where law allows.

Legal basis

We process contact data based on your request to take steps prior to a contract, and for legitimate interests in operating a planning desk in Korea, balanced against your rights.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use email or hosting providers who process data on our instructions. Holdings information is not shared with marketers.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Korea, we seek appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Korean privacy requirements and will describe the mechanism on request.

Your rights

Subject to Korean privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
