Client Notes

These notes name the session type and what changed on the client's desk. They are not star ratings.

After the allocation session I finally had a cash line of 15% instead of buying every dip with the last of my KRW. The worksheet is still pinned to my second monitor.
Hyeon-woo — Portfolio Allocation Session
Break-even on my largest bag was higher than the exchange average suggested once fees were in. I did not love the number, but I stopped guessing.
Sara K. — Break-Even Review
The sizing walkthrough took under an hour. I still entered, just at half the size I had written on a sticky note the night before.
Jun — Position Sizing Walkthrough
Useful desk work. I wish we had spent a few more minutes on how to log network fees from my wallet — I had to finish that column at home.
Marta — Break-Even Review

Rebalancing after a concentrated run-up

A Jongno client arrived with four tokens and over half the book in one name after a sharp rise. In the Portfolio Allocation Session we set a hard top weight, a staged trim band, and a cash rebuild target. Two weeks later they emailed that the first trim had executed at their desk without a second opinion call — the band on the sheet was enough.

Average-downs that hid the real floor

Another holder booked a Break-Even Review after three buys into the same pair. The rebuilt sheet showed the true flat price sat well above the last print they watched. They paused further buys and wrote a single exit rule beside the break-even cell. No managed account — only a clearer number on their PC.
