By using autoorch.digital or booking a consultation with AutoOrch Digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request sessions.

Services described

Pages on this site describe informational rates and consultation formats for portfolio allocation, break-even review, and position sizing. Listing a price does not create a contract until we confirm a booking in writing.

No investment advice license claim

Sessions help you organize holdings math on your desktop. They are educational planning consultations. They are not a substitute for licensed investment advice, tax advice, or legal counsel where those professions are required under Korean law.

Intellectual property

Site text, worksheets we create for you after a paid session, and brand marks belong to AutoOrch Digital or the respective rights holders. You may keep and edit worksheets delivered for your personal use. You may not resell our session materials as a product.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of holdings data you provide and for any trades you place. We never take custody of assets and never execute orders on your behalf.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, AutoOrch Digital is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after a session. Our aggregate liability related to a paid consultation is limited to the fees you paid for that consultation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
